Our newly developed rapid setting two-part Acrylic adhesive contains a unique colour pigment which hardens at room temperature by polymerisation of the Part 1.
Part 1 is a viscous mixture of an acrylic polymer syrup dissolved in a monomer, and Part 2 is a liquid catalyst solution that initiates the polymerisation of the Part 1.
Our Rapid Acrylic Bathtub Repair Kit, including the shower tray repair kit, has been specially developed for repairing chips, scratches, cracks, splits, and holes on Acrylic, Fibreglass, Stone Resin, Enamel, Porcelain, Ceramic surfaces, and all other sanitary ware. The color is a unique pigment and pre-mixed with the adhesive in the Part 1 container. The color is an exact color match to Perspex International (Lucite) 1W28, producing invisible repairs on all Acrylic Surfaces subject to the age and condition of the surface being repaired. Many other Perspex International (Lucite) color shades are available on request.
Some of our Bathtub Repair kit contains an Epoxy Putty which is a unique water resistant reinforced Putty designed to repair and seal extensive damaged areas which leak water or where the damage has penetrated completely through the surface.
There is enough solution in one kit to repair approximately 8-10 chips the size of a flat 5 pence piece with a depth of approximately two flat 5 pence pieces (i.e. 3-4mm).

The Acrylic Scratch Remover and Polishing compound has been uniquely designed to banish discolouration and scratches. For the best results, use in conjunction with our Bath Brightener. Add a small amount of polish to a lint free microfibre cloth and rub onto the affected area, applying heavy pressure. Bathtub repair requires preciseness as well as reliability, and our Bathtub Repair kit is designed to meet these standards.
